Mtivity is a Marketing Acceleration Platform that helps organisations manage marketing operations, procurement activities, supplier relationships and campaign delivery through a single integrated platform. Working remotely as part of a distributed delivery team, I supported the enhancement of the user experience and front-end functionality across a range of business-critical modules.

Project Focus
The assignment focused on improving the usability, consistency and overall user experience of an established enterprise platform used to manage complex marketing workflows and procurement processes. Particular attention was given to ensuring that increasingly sophisticated business functionality remained intuitive and efficient for end users.
Work included enhancements to dashboards, reporting interfaces, supplier management functionality, guided buying workflows and other operational tools used by marketing teams. The objective was to create a more coherent user experience while supporting the ongoing development of new platform capabilities.
My Contribution
Working closely with product owners, stakeholders and developers, I helped translate business requirements into practical user interface solutions that balanced usability, technical constraints and commercial objectives. My role combined UX/UI architecture with hands-on front-end implementation and support for Agile delivery activities.
Responsibilities included user interface design, workflow optimisation, responsive front-end development, usability improvements and the refinement of existing platform functionality. I also contributed to the definition of interaction patterns and interface standards that helped maintain consistency across the product.

Technical Environment
The platform was delivered using a modern front-end technology stack including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Angular. Styling and responsive layouts were implemented using Sass and Bootstrap 4, while development activities were undertaken within an Agile delivery environment involving close collaboration between business, product and technical teams.
Project Outcome
The assignment supported the continued evolution of the Mtivity platform through the delivery of usability improvements, interface enhancements and new functionality. By combining UX/UI architecture, front-end development expertise and collaborative Agile working practices, the project helped improve the overall experience of a complex enterprise application used by marketing and procurement professionals.
