Working as part of a Cognifide delivery team, I supported The Daily Telegraph on the enhancement of its digital publishing platforms, helping to improve the user experience, front-end implementation and overall quality of one of the UK's leading news websites.

Project Focus

The engagement focused on enhancing the user experience and front-end implementation of The Daily Telegraph's digital publishing platforms. Operating within a fast-paced media environment, the objective was to improve usability, support content consumption across multiple devices and maintain a high-quality user experience for a large online audience.

Work involved collaborating with editorial, product and technical teams to deliver improvements to existing platforms while supporting the ongoing evolution of the Telegraph's digital presence. Particular emphasis was placed on responsive design, interface consistency and the effective presentation of content.

My Contribution

Working within a multidisciplinary delivery team, I contributed to the design, implementation and refinement of front-end solutions that supported the Telegraph's digital publishing strategy. My role combined UX thinking with practical front-end development, ensuring that user needs and business objectives remained aligned throughout delivery.

The engagement contributed to the continued development and improvement of The Daily Telegraph's digital publishing platforms, helping to enhance the user experience and support content delivery across multiple devices. The successful completion of the assignment led to my subsequent placement by Cognifide on the Ford UK programme, reflecting the confidence placed in my work and delivery capabilities.
